Your Challenges

Joining us at our offices in Østbirk, you will report directly to Senior Director of Technology Portfolio and Exploration, Anne Kathrine Laursen. You will be part of a team with 5 close colleagues plus our leadership team, a department with 75+ colleagues and your daily tasks and assignments will give you a large span of contacts across the Products organization as well as across the full VELUX organization, especially our Supply organization (Procurement, Production, Logistics etc.).

Your responsibility will be to lead multiple transformational changes across areas such as Products and Innovation, including but not limited to topics such as new material and technology introduction, sustainability and circular product topics. You will develop and implement transformation strategies to ensure effective transformation projects, e.g. by fostering collaboration across functions. It is important to underline that the transformation organization and the "how to" is not defined at point in time – we expect you to be part of the definition and establishment of this.
