- Lead and drive strategic and operational projects and processes in collaboration with cross-functional project teams.
- Provide executive support to GTP Leadership Team by preparing presentations and materials for senior management.
- Act as the GTP representative in relevant cross-functional fora and working groups.
- Work closely with the finance function to develop budgets and drive transparency of resource utilization.
- Represent GTP in relevant OHS fora and ensure action plans and follow-up on OHS activities.
- A master's degree in life science, business or any other relevant field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medtech sectors, preferably within strategic planning departments of large companies.
- Demonstrate expertise in project management, including a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects. Proficiency in strategic analysis and the ability to drive projects forward effectively.
- Possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate efficiently within cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills enabling effective engagement with senior stakeholders. Show resilience in executing complex project tasks through others, even under tight deadlines and amidst multiple stakeholders.
- Possess an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its R&D value chain, demonstrating comprehension of business dynamics.
