The position

As an Associate Scientist in Formulation & Delivery your main objective will be to decide and secure formulations and analyses for in vivo and in vitro studies of primarily peptides and proteins, but also other molecular formats.

You will be part of interdisciplinary project teams comprising diverse competencies spanning across multiple natural sciences and engineering disciplines in our R&D organization.

Your main task will be to design and conduct experiments to support research and drug development based on your knowledge of molecular characteristics, formulation and biophysics in combination with an understanding of in vivo studies and animal welfare.

This job will offer you a high level of independency and flexibility within the research project framework and you will work closely together with other departments in Denmark or our research sites outside Denmark.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you:

Hold a relevant MSc degree in Life Sciences (pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or other relevant discipline) Have knowledge of pharmaceutical liquid formulation and characterisation Understand automation and digitalisation (as a plus) Have a track record of research formulation and delivery as well as experience of biophysical technologies including chromatography (as a plus) As a person, you are ambitious, proactive, and curious team-player.

You value knowledge sharing with other scientists, as well as with our experienced laboratory technicians.

About the department Formulation & Delivery is dedicated to the delivery of formulations of all molecular modalities for preclinical studies within all therapeutic areas in Global Research.
