    As our new Head of Marketing Automation & CRM at Flying Tiger Copenhagen, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing our Marketing Automation Strategy.

    Your role is pivotal in establishing our automation team while driving initiatives to enhance customer engagement and elevate our brand's presence.

    This position as Head of Marketing Automation & CRM at Flying Tiger Copenhagen is a unique opportunity to lead the charge in revolutionizing our customer engagement strategies. You'll be instrumental in building and shaping our marketing automation team from the ground up, driving initiatives to enhance customer experiences and ultimately increase our brand's value. As a strategic leader with a passion for innovation and data-driven decision-making, you'll play a essential role in defining and implementing our Marketing Automation Strategy, ensuring our continued growth and success in the ever-evolving landscape of retail and e-commerce.

    It is a newly created role, you will therefore have an influence and impact on how to structure the role yourself. You will lead the Marketing Automation & CRM-team of 2 highly skilled employees whom you will work closely together with. You will also become a part of our talented Marketing team that are organized in our Customer & Digital department.

    Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Marketing Automation Project, defining scope, roadmap, target groups, value propositions, and KPI frameworks.
  • Establish and nurture the Marketing Automation Department, defining roles, fostering a customer-centric culture, and implementing effective rituals and workflows.
  • Drive the evolution of our CRM strategy, continuously refining audience strategies and segmentations to optimize customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with technology teams to ensure alignment, establish long-term visions, and develop implementation roadmaps for marketing automation initiatives.
  • Oversee the management and enhancement of our marketing automation platform, ensuring the delivery of timely and personalized communication to our customers.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for customer segmentation and personalization, leveraging data insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Foster strong collaboration across departments, including sales, digital marketing, and analytics, to ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Lead and inspire the CRM team, nurturing a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and customer-centricity.
  • Stay informed about the latest CRM trends and technologies, making strategic recommendations for investments and optimizations to drive business growth and success.
  • This is you:

  • You are a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping our brand's future.
  • Your expertise encompasses CRM software and marketing automation tools, and you have a proven track record of designing and executing successful CRM strategies and campaigns.
  • You possess a strong understanding of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations, ensuring compliance and data integrity in all initiatives.
  • Your background ideally includes experience in retail, e-commerce, or a similar industry, providing valuable insights into customer behaviour and industry trends.
  • You are an exceptional leader, communicator, and collaborator, with a natural ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Your analytical prowess and data-driven approach to decision-making enable you to identify opportunities, drive innovation, and achieve measurable results.
  • You uphold high ethical standards and are driven by a passion for your work, thriving in dynamic environments and embracing challenges as opportunities for growth and success.
