    The position

    You will be the HR Business Partner to leaders at Director and VP level and their business areas in Fill Finish Expansions at our new site in Tietgenbyen, Odense.

    This also means that you will be based in Odense. Your main focus will be to establish the new site and build up a project organization.

    You must understand the business priorities and translate strategy into relevant and impactful HR actions, which include driving:

    Organisational development and effectiveness Strategic workforce management Change management Diversity & Inclusion Talent management & development Culture and engagement Annual P&O cycle Alongside your HR Business Partner colleagues as well as executive support functions, you will be in charge of continuously reviewing, assessing, and evolving the business to drive organizational efficiency and agility.

    Furthermore, you will be shaping and fostering an engaging, diverse, and inclusive employee environment, rooted in our values - the Novo Nordisk Way.

    As a trusted advisor, you will build solid relationships with the business and the P&O organisation, identify challenges, and play an advisory role in addressing them.

    You will be working closely with Centres of Excellence within P&O in defining and executing initiatives identified to improve the business areas' ability to seize business opportunities and overcome challenges.

    To succeed in the role, you:

    Have 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner within a large, international, and culturally diverse environment with change management and organizational development.

    Can think strategically and translate business into HR actions, based on a thorough understanding of the challenges and future outlook.

    Have experience in a start-up environment (Beneficial – not a must) Know how to remove people and organisation-related roadblocks, ensuring strong support for strategy implementation.

    Hold a relevant academic degree within HR, Organisation, Business Psychology, or similar. Are fluent in English, both written and spoken. It is natural for you to bridge opinions, among other things, by demonstrating good cultural understanding and stakeholder management.

    You find solutions and get people to collaborate, focusing on what matters most for the end user, and you are an experienced process facilitator.

    The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28, of Novo Nordisk's 64, employees.

    Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients.

    We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology.

    We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now.

    Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.

    About the department Fill & Finish Expansions HR Business Partnering is a small department supporting managers in Fill & Finish Expansions with P&O processes, leadership coaching, employee development, organizational design & manning, and daily P&O tasks.

    The department is newly established, and you will therefore have the opportunity to influence the role, the team and the P&O services in Fill & Finish Expansions.
