    The position

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting business ethics and compliance audits within the areas of anti-bribery & anti-corruption, interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organisations (HCOs), Public Officials (POs), and Patients, third-party management, and data privacy
  • Planning, execution and reporting of business ethics and compliance audits including interacting with stakeholders at all levels throughout the audit cycle
  • Support on the development of digital and monitoring tools being used in internal audits
  • Possibility to participate in financial and ESG audits as well as investigations received via Novo Nordisk's whistle-blower system We offer a developing job that will provide you with an inside perspective of how Novo Nordisk works with business ethics and compliance. This position involves travels across globe, to conduct audits across the Novo Nordisk Group. Qualifications You hold a M.Sc. or diploma in Finance, Business Law, Business Administration or Auditing. Furthermore, to be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Minimum of three years of experience working with healthcare compliance and/or auditing in an international company, a law firm, or an accounting firm
  • Good communication skills, and ability to interact professionally and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Strong level of independency and proactivity, comfortable in taking the initiative and lead on audit assignments
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle various data sets
  • High level of energy, good sense of humour and the ability to stay focused while working under pressure About the department
    You will be part of Group Internal Audit (GIA), which is located at the Headquarter in Bagsværd outside Copenhagen, Denmark, and from here you will do audits of both the Danish Headquarter functions as well as the global Novo Nordisk affiliates.
    GIA consists of +40 dedicated colleagues representing 14 different nationalities and is responsible for providing assurance to Senior Management and the Audit Committee within business ethics, ESG, finance and IT.
