    Om jobbet

    Som vores nye Document Supporter vil dit primære ansvar være at sikre korrekt håndtering af vores dokumentation, herunder modtagelse, indtastning, arkivering samt kassation.

    Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil være:

  • Styring af fysiske arkiver i forhold til gældende krav samt adgangsansvarlig i PP
  • Genfinding af GMP-dokumentation både fysisk og elektronisk ved f.eks. inspektioner
  • Sikre at vores processer omkring dokumentation lever op til alle interne og eksterne krav samt bliver overholdt i det daglige arbejde

    • Service og kvalitet er i højsædet og din arbejdsdag vil være præget af en række faste opgaver, hvor det er vigtigt, at du er meget omhyggelig og kvalitetsbevidst.

    Stillingen er en fast stilling på fuld tid. Som udgangspunkt er der ikke mulighed for hjemmearbejde i denne stilling.

    Kvalifikationer

    For at være succesfuld i rollen forestiller vi os, at du har flest mulige af følgende kvalifikationer:

  • Erfaring fra en lignende stilling med administrativt arbejde, gerne indenfor arkivering og dokumentation
  • Fortrolig med brug af officepakken og har en evne til hurtigt at sætte sig ind i de IT-systemer, der anvendes (QualityDocs, Excel, ADK, KEEPit etc.)
  • Kendskab til GMP er en fordel
  • Flydende på dansk i både skrift og tale, samt kendskab til engelsk i skrift og tale

    • Som person er du omhyggelig, kvalitetsbevidst og arbejder struktureret og organiseret. Du skal kunne trives med primært administrativt arbejde samt være god til at prioritere dine opgaver og afslutte dem til tiden. Samtidig er du dit ansvar bevidst, og forstår konsekvensen af dit arbejde.

    Om afdelingen

    Purification Plants (PP) er den ene af tre produktionsenheder i Novo Nordisks PS Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PS API) i Kalundborg, der leverer insulin og GLP-1 til det globale marked.

    Du bliver en del af vores Business Support afdeling som består af godt 115 dedikerede kolleger. I Doc support er vi 4 gode kollegaer, som håndterer en række administrative opgaver på tværs af produktions- og supportafdelingerne i PP.
