The Operational Excellence Specialist is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and promoting a culture of efficiency in our GO4Excellence program (GO4E). This role involves implementing Lean principles and methodologies to optimize production processes, eliminate waste, and enhance overall operational performance. You will be part of the global GO4Excellence community, supporting and framing the ways of working in Novonesis operations.

You'll be working in site Kalundborg within more enzyme production areas as Fermentation, Recovery, Granulation, Maintenance and Finish Goods. There are approx. 600 employees in this area. You will be working closely with the Operational Excellence Partner in the area.

- Driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence together with the functional leadership team
- Providing guidance and supporting production personnel on Lean practices and methodologies
- Taking us to a higher maturity level within systematic problem solving
- Lead and develop our factory metrics of daily operations and support our strategic goals
