We are looking for Junior Customer Advisors to join our dedicated team in Copenhagen.In this role, you will represent a major Scandinavian home entertainment provider. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are eager to learn,
talkative by nature,
and ready to grow within a large,international organization.
Daily Tasks
- Support: Assist Danish customers with questions regarding their entertainment subscriptions,billing,and basic technical setup.
- Advise & Upsell: Learn to identify when a customer could benefit from a better package or a new streaming service,helpping them upgrade their entertainment experience.
