Job summary
Provide 11*5 multilingual IT support to global end-users via phone email chat and portal Handle incidents and service requests related to hardware software M365 printing and network access Ensure all issues are logged and resolved within defined SLAs using tools like ServiceNow Maintain high customer satisfaction professional communication and structured updates during incident lifecycle Participate in shift operations team huddles and continuous service improvements CSIs Adhere to knowledge articles and SOPs raise documentation gaps in QA KM Applicants must have native-level proficiency in English Danish Hands-on with ticketing tools ITIL-based service desk operations Familiarity with remote access tools Active Directory M365 troubleshooting
