We are looking for a talented, structured, and creative communicator to help shape and push our strategic agenda towards external and internal audiences.

You will help us communicate in a number of strategically important business areas as well as taking the lead in our sustainability communication, reporting to the Vice President of Group Communication, and collaborating with leaders and teams across our global organization.

    • Your key responsibilities

  • Support employee engagement through impactful internal communication
  • Drive our internal and external sustainability storytelling and project manage our annual sustainability/ESG report
  • Communication support in special projects, such as M&A, major product launches, and major change projects

    We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A Master’s degree in Communication, Journalism, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years’ professional experience within a global organization in corporate communications and/or sustainability
  • Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to craft high-quality corporate messages for external and internal use
  • Good understanding of the wider tech industry and sustainability agenda, and how this impacts business and brand

    Our Group Communication team of 10 is based in our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, and is responsible for all internal communication, corporate brand, and external corporate media. We collaborate closely with colleagues in our two business divisions, where product communication is shaped for Jabra, ReSound, Beltone and other core product brands – as well as with other corporate functions. You will be working closely together with all of the above and many more.
