Join one of the world’s leading suppliers of windows and doors in a key role as a Digital Marketing Manager at JELD WEN Europe. You will be part of our digital marketing team, playing a vital part in developing and managing the digital marketing function for JELD-WEN in Northern Europe.


At JELD-WEN Europe, we are on an exciting digital transformation journey. We are searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us on this journey to help achieve our digital objectives and transform our business with our customers. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the European Digital strategy, developing brand awareness, and cultivating an online presence that drives commercial value for the business. Reporting directly to the Digital Director of Europe, the scope of the role is to develop and manage the digital marketing function in JELD-WEN within Northern Europe. Your role will act as the key resource for the marketing and sales teams in all aspects of digital marketing activity. You will be working closely with our European Digital Team and Marketing Managers across the Northern European region. The digital marketing team is the expert centre for JELD-WEN digital marketing and is responsible for the entire digital estate for JELD-WEN consisting of over ten brand websites in over 16 cultures. To succeed in this role, you must be a highly motivated individual with experience and passion for developing engaging digital campaigns, content and best-in-class user journey experiences. You have hands-on digital marketing experience and possess a customer-centric mindset to ensure continued commercial success within our business.


  • Plan and coordinate all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Manage our social media channels and agency partners
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative digital growth strategies with local marketing contacts
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to help evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints and be able to integrate the digital journey to create a seamless experience
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with local teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience and journeys
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and digital techniques as well as providing thought leadership and perspective for local adoption where appropriate

  • Several years of experience working in a digital marketing role
  • Proven leadership experience having managed a team
  • A university degree in digital marketing or related field or an equivalent vocational qualification
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Well-versed in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience with email marketing and email marketing platforms preferred
  • Applied knowledge of Web Content Management Systems
  • Sound knowledge of Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, and SEO (Moz, SEM Rush) tools
  • Result-driven and a team player
  • Analytical and attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills to communicate and interact with stakeholders cross-functionally
  • Fluency in spoken and written Danish and English is a prerequisite for this role, fluency in German would be an advantage
