Meet your team
You report to the Director for innovation & New Technologies. The position is anchored in a dynamic international team of 5, where there is a focus on delivering results and continuous improvements but also on developing our own roles, collaboration and having fun. Our team 's mission is to lead the discovery of new product opportunities and business areas through the use of digital technologies.
Accelererate Radiometer's digital potential
As a Senior member of our team, your main responsibility is to:
Identify and further develop the business case for Data Science, AI and Machine Learning
lead projects by being hands-on and engage with other data scientists, engineers and business groups such as Research & Development, Service and Production whose expertise is crucial for your project's success
Design predictive models using large data sets from multiple sources to deliver actionable product or process insights
build, expand and maintain intelligent tools, databases, dashboards, systems and methods
contribute to enhancing data availability and architecture
Guide and mentor colleagues in the organisation in how they can use new digital technologies

Your Education and/or Background Experience include:
a master's or PHD degree within scientific field
proven experience within data science/analytics including leading knowledge of the latest AI, Machine learning, Big Data tools and methods
ability to summarize results from analysis and engage a diverse set of collaborators
experience working within data engineering/architecture
experience with AZURE cloud platform
project management methods to drive data science projects within agile frameworks
