Want to get a feel for the daily operations in internal IT? We are on an exciting journey with rapid growth, and we need your help! You will play a major role for our employees to deliver service and aid.
Your Responsibility as a student worker
We are growing rapidly and are hiring a lot of new employees, which means we constantly have to provide all our new employees with workstations, phones, and laptops, and we need your help for this.
Daily work will be to perform typical IT support tasks in our helpdesk system, and this involves both hardware and the different software set-ups that Omada has in their offices, incl.
Omada currently consists of 240 employees in 10 different countries, worldwide. We use a lot of different programs and technologies; with a little training, you will be able to provide helpdesk support and assist in projects. At the same time, you will help us create and maintain guidelines and FAQs for our implemented systems.
You will be working with a lot of different tasks and you can expect the days never to be dull. Depending on your experiences and your development in Omada, you will also get some development tasks helping us streamline our workflows.
Your qualifications and experience
We imagine that you are a student with relevant education and with approximately two years or more left of your education. As a person, you are curious and love the detective work finding the cause of the problems and come up with the solution.
You also find it exciting to work with different technologies and develop new procedures and guidelines. You have an eye for detail, are dedicated, and take ownership of your tasks.
We offer an exciting student job for approx. 10-15 hours weekly with a unique opportunity to get professional experience on the CV within a global company.
You will become a part of Internal IT who is a close knitted team where we aim to please our customers throughout the organization.
