HR Operations Associate (BB-BEA45)

We are looking for a competent HR Operations Specialist who will be a key player and vital member of the Global HR Operations team in Denmark.
You will be responsible for Human Resource administration activities, including but not limited to, on-boarding, absence management, payroll data, making processes and others administrative task for the Danish site.
The position reports to Site HR, DK.
Preparing payroll data for monthly entry and be the point of contact in the HR team regarding payroll related questions
Supporting in the hire process such as pre-boarding, pension, special agreements etc.
Updating personnel files and producing employment contracts and always keep them up to date
Supporting workforce administration processes, data input in Workday, payroll, and other HR systems
Providing accurate, consistent, and timely responses to employees and managers regarding local HR policies, HR life cycle processes and Workday system questions or issues
Completing pre-on-boarding and off-boarding activities
Improvement of processes, execution, and technology usage
Provide reporting support, both internally and externally
Answering and handling internal HR-related issues and redirecting questions to other appropriate HR resources and Payroll offices
Maintain Employee Handbook
Contribute to key HR initiatives and projects
3-5 years of professional experience in HR administration
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, or equivalent relevant experience
Experience with Workday is preferred
Experience in Excel is needed
Good knowldge of Daish employment law
Fluent in Danish and English is require

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to keep an eye on details with strong planning and organization skills
Good sense of quality combined with personal drive and a positive attitude
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced and changing environment
