**Core Responsibilities**

As a Graphic Designer you will take part in The Merlin Partnership team that acts in the field of marketing, retail, and design across the LEGOLAND branded attractions. You are a brand ambassador, and you will have the opportunity to visually influence the brand execution and experience of LEGOLAND attractions globally. You will:



• Design and execute graphics and signage for global LEGOLAND projects

• Provide sparring and guidance for experience design development in new and existing LEGOLAND branded attractions with the MP creative lead

• Create new graphics and signage executional guidelines

The Merlin Partnership team at the LEGO Group works with Merlin Entertainments Group to bring the LEGO Brand to life in LEGOLAND branded attractions across water parks, theme parks, indoor family entertainment centers and hotels. Join the Merlin Partnership team to act and succeed in the field of marketing, retail, and design.

**Do you have what it takes?**

Preferably you hold a bachelor's degree in graphic design and/or industrial design, and you bring at least a few years of experience working with graphic development. Moreover, you possess:



• Solid experience from using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Leisure industry knowledge

• Brand execution knowledge

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Passion for a dynamic working environment

• Solution oriented approach

• Solid project management skills to structure workload and priorities



You love travelling and will be willing to spend 20-30 days per year in other countries to get inspired and obtain knowledge from other attractions and leisure parks. Frequent travels to the Merlin Entertainments Group based in London will be included.
