What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will lead Global Packaging Development projects for our Dispense Portfolio from idea generation to market implementation. Beyond your projects, you will be building priority plans and roadmap for our packaging portfolio in line with business needs, supply chain requirements and towards Carlsberg’s ambitious sustainability targets.

The role is very diverse ranging from strategic portfolio planning to practical experimental development test, actively following trends of polymer materials and techniques, high-level negotiations with suppliers, stakeholders and project management.

As part of the Global Development Dispense Team, you will be surrounded by 11 highly competent colleagues with various expertise areas. You will be reporting directly to the Global Development Dispense Director.

The position is based in Copenhagen (Denmark) with around 20% expected travelling in average, mainly in Europe.

The Dispense Equipment Team is a part of Carlsberg Group Development. The team develops innovative draught dispense system solutions based on market understanding and are constantly evolving system solutions and packaging formats to be implemented in production and live in our productions all around the world.

The team consists of highly dedicated engineering specialists with a common focus of creating innovative solutions that secures a high-quality brew experience for our end customers. Carlsberg Group Development is a team of technically skilled professionals delivering innovations and new products for all the subsidiaries of the Carlsberg Group.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced project manager in packaging innovation ideally knowledgeable in plastic designing & recycling. Our future colleague has an innovative mindset, focuses on solutions instead of obstacles and able to look at the big picture of project impact.

The ideal candidate should be driven, passionate about innovation and result oriented. As well as comfortable with collaborating and influencing stakeholders at all competency and seniority level, externally and internally.
