Customer Success Account Management is a new discipline and role in general at Microsoft. Hence you should expect a role with many different tasks ranging from driving strategic projects & initiatives, driving weekly business connect rhythms, supporting with development of presentations etc. You will get an opportunity to learn about digital transformation at our customers first hand as well as play an active part in Microsoft’s own transformation.
You will join the Danish Customer Success Account Team at Microsoft Denmark based in Kgs. Lyngby and support us in shaping the strategies for our customer engagements with your operational skills and skill for teamwork. This is a great opportunity to join a Customer Success organization that works with some of the largest enterprise customers in Denmark, and we are looking for someone passionate and ready to assist us in our transformational journey together with our customers.
