Want to gain hands-on experience in a scale-up that uses emerging technology to increase the sustainability of investments?
We are looking for a hands-on product designer to help us make capital work for people and the planet. We are a financial technology company based in the heart of Copenhagen and an international team of talented people from England, Scotland, Russia, France, South Africa, Brazil and Denmark. We develop B2B software to analyse and report on the sustainability of investments and serve institutional investors in and outside of Europe with the ambition to positively affect one of the most central industries in our economic system.

As Matter grows, we are looking for a diligent, and thoughtful product designer to join our product stack. We build cross-functions, set the bar high, and we need your creativity to help us build the ultimate experiences.

We recently secured our Series A funding round led by NASDAQ Ventures and are looking to continue our growth journey.

About the role
We are looking for a product designer to support our Head of Product.

Your core mission will be the research, analysis, and design of existing and new features across our product portfolio.

About your profile
We imagine you to master product design processes and have an enriched set of design best practices. You have experience within B2B SaaS solutions, and that you have a proven ability to develop and strengthen meaningful experiences for users - perhaps even within analytics or in the financial industry.

The ideal candidate has concrete experience with product development and roll-out, as well as excellent design skills, a growth mindset, and a strong ability to articulate and defend design decisions with intellectual humility

Day to day activities
You will be reporting directly to the Head of product, while working collaboratively in cross-functional teams with sustainability analysis, marketing and tech teams. Our products are software solutions that either require flows, world-class support, or integrations with engineering teams.

Within the Product stack

Design a future worth living with solid methods and thorough processes

Using collaborative tools like Figma as much as a good old fashion post-it block

Drive features' design to development

Collaborate with a cross-functional team and diverse field of expertise in an agile environment

Participate in internal & external discussions around the topic of sustainable finance

Contribute to the elaboration of ground-breaking solutions within the yet-to-be-defined industry
