The job combines project management with responsibility of identifying and implementing improvements in project management processes, ensuring that we have the best foundation to excel in execution.

What You Will Do In Your Role

Responsibilities within project management:

  • Lead cross functional development projects, delivering new medical devices to our global pharma clients with focus on customer requirements and business value
  • Scope the projects into contractual agreements, plan and align deliveries with the client throughout the project - from start to production transfer or delivered solution
  • Motivate your team to joint delivery of the right solutions in the right quality, planning, budgeting overall scope management of your project in terms of and continuous progress
  • Ensure communication to both internal and external stakeholders, and cooperation with e.g. regulatory authorities, suppliers and testing laboratories and be the point of contact toward the client

    • Responsibilities within project management office:

  • Improve Phillips-Medisize device development model in close collaboration with our Project Management Competency manager and improve our portfolio overview and synergies
  • Drive development and implementation of tools and processes to support project execution effectiveness, planning and predictability
  • Establish knowledge about and application of best practice within project management in GID EU, such as coach the project management group and drive process for project planning challenge sessions

    • The Experience You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in engineering
  • 5+ years of successful project management experience preferably from the Medical Device industry as well as experience in driving projects from concept to industrialization phase
  • Knowledge within Medical Device regulations and standards (21CFR, ISO13485, ISO14971)
  • Skilled in project management tools (eg. MS project) and development project processes
  • Strong leadership skills with openness to input from colleagues
  • Strong communication skills to work on different organizational levels with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Business fluent in English
