We want to strengthen our sustainability and CSR efforts and are looking for someone to spearhead that work. So, join us and help us create our next ambitious CSR and sustainability strategy and help drive the implementation of our strategic initiatives across the business.
As CSR and Sustainability Lead, you will join the Group Communications and CSR team in either Lyngby or Struer. You will join us in an exciting period where our next comprehensive corporate CSR and sustainability strategy is being developed. You will be leading our CSR Committee and our work to ensure the implementation of the current CSR initiatives in line with our strategy.
Doing so you will:
Reporting to the Head of Group Communications & CSR, you will join our passionate and dynamic team. We are globally responsible for internal and external communication, stakeholder relations, issues management and CSR & sustainability. Moreover, you will work closely with our colleagues across the whole business.
What you bring
You bring a minimum of 10 years of experience with CSR and sustainability. Moreover, you have a performance-driven mindset, a structured approach to working with sustainability, and you know how to collaborate across projects and internal and external stakeholder groups.
