Site acquisition and permitting work: Ensures radio site acquisition activities meet customer and Nokia requirements. Leads permitting processes with local authorities. Participates in meetings with local authorities as required. Prepares roll out schedule based on realistic lead times. Ensures site acquisition and permitting resources are properly considered and demand plan is prepared. Supports the design and implementation of corrective actions.
Service supplier interface: Provides Subject Matter Expertise for following up service supplier performance.
Customer interface: Agrees model site drawings with the project team and lease fee frames with customer. Agrees with customer’s Site Acquisition Manager on lease approval process. Supports Roll-out Manager on progress review of lease approvals and provides Subject Matter Expertise to resolve open issues. Participates in customer meetings as required.
Cooperation with other functions: Cooperates with network planning, construction works, implementation and site design to secure a smooth acquisition and permitting progress. Ensures all local issues are considered and Nokia and customer site acquisition and permitting standards and guidelines are followed.
Meetings and reporting: Supports the project organization in preparation / updating roll-out schedule. Supports in quality planning and managing risks related to site acquisition and permitting. Supports reporting to Project Manager all site acquisition and permitting deviations from the original planning, i.e. extra works, delays, cancellations.
Documentation: Ensure site acquisition and permitting documents control and storage system set up and used properly.
Minimum 5 years' experience in SA&P in telecom projects
