As an Accenture IT Service Management Consultant, you provide process and technical expertise to partner with our clients to plan, design, implement, test, and deploy enterprise scale end-to-end IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions and improvements. Service Management professionals can span multiple areas of expertise as they work with different client teams on different engagements.



You will mainly be working with our Danish and Nordic customers and of course together with your teammates.



We have these tasks in store for you





+ Be part of a team helping our clients design, build and test their Service Management solutions



+ Assess our clients current-state capabilities, define future-state & help them transform



+ Utilize latest technology to help our clients change for the better



+ Stay educated on new and emerging technology trends that may be of interest to our clients









Your qualifications and experience





+ Master's or bachelor’s degree from a relevant field



+ Skills and experience in at least one of the following:



+ IT Service Management (ITSM) principles



+ ITIL framework & processes



+ ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)



+ IT Operating Models



+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills



+ DevOps / agile ways of working







+ High drive, entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills



+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Danish
