Job Description Summary
In this role, you will manage assigned Point of Care accounts (PoC is defined as different departments in hospitals ) in the area of East Denmark. You will service ultrasound accounts and provide them professional clinical and sales support. You will be responsible for developing the PoC market, grow market share and reach the budget for the territory in terms of sales numbers and qualitative goals. You will all work closely with different stakeholders to use our internal resources in the best way. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for the assigned PoC Ultrasound accounts in the territory, grow market share and develop new customers.
Perform direct sales, product demonstrations and application within the PoC segment incl. service solutions.
Generate, record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track on key decision makers.
Build long term, strategic alliance with the accounts to be protected against competitive threats and continue to add value.
Be in charge of growing assigned accounts by driving market shares, numbers, considering business delegation and policies/processes
Provide quotations related to tenders considering internal processes.
Ensure forecasting tools are accurately maintained, and at all times keep customer data base updated in SalesForce.
Responsible of the assigned territory reporting to the Sales Manager and dotted line to Nordic Segment Manager.
Required Qualifications
Negotiation and sales skills.
Application skills within Ultrasound.
Presentation and education skills.
Capability to meet and deal with governmental institutions.
Strong in building long term customer relationship.
Efficient in team working.
Strong communication skills
Experience of team/distribution development.
Fluent in Danish and English.
Driving license and valid EU work permit.
Desired Characteristics
Experience of developing market plans.
