**Are you a keen learner and an autonomous change specialist who actively connects with partners to build a network and get things done?**
If yes, this is an outstanding opportunity to work closely with our executive leaders and craft our transformation- and communication strategy!
You will take on a meaningful role in developing and owning the master plan of the Digital Transformation program to secure successful implementation of changes across business and technology organizations. This includes leading specific work streams.
More specifically, you are a key enabler of our change process and will focus on the four pillars below:
1) Define roadmap
This entails close collaboration with the leadership team and workstreams to set overarching objectives, roadmap and timeline on a strategic, tactical and operational level.
2) Ensure accountability
You will aggregate data on achievements and results achieved by the workstreams (e.g. via a dashboard progress report) as well as build a method to ensure accountability. Finally, progress is to be communicated to leadership.
3) Integrate and align
Within this subject area, you will lead a standardized approach across workstreams including reporting, program management etc. You will also ensure a high level of alignment, teamwork and integration of plans across relevant workstreams.
4) Flag risks and dependencies
Looking at risks and interdependencies, allows you to build transparency on today's situation, set the right pace and ultimately identify the best actions. Another benefit is that you help your colleagues handle/mitigate appropriately with this overview.

The Transformation Office is set out to drive the overall master plan and communication of the transformation alongside establishing the new portfolio execution structures that accelerates the organization's ability to translate the strategic direction into execution, while continuously optimizing business value of investments.
You will play a key role in redefining the LEGO Group into a Digital Consumer Company which calls for a transformation of how consumers, shoppers, partners and colleagues experience the LEGO® Brand.

We are open to various educational backgrounds as long as you have the right learning approach, the right skillset to further develop and have a Bachelor or Master’s degree from a relevant subject area.
To be able to empower and lead this agenda, we envision you:
• Have vast experience with program- and portfolio management or similar transformation experience in another company.
• Are adept at leading significant change- and people-centric programs in a global company setting.
• Have a solid track record of how to successfully run, coordinate and structure your projects.

• Are openminded and curious about people and processes around you.
