In this role, you will use your analytical skills to facilitate the Global performance reporting where collaboration and mutual support is key.
We are looking for an open minded individual that will take Reporting to the next level. An example of this includes mix & price point analysis to understand how our total product portfolio is driving value. You can lean towards our innovation agenda where future of reporting will be mobile enabled and flexible. Specifically, you will be:
• Ensuring global consumer sales reports are delivered to the broader leadership
• Collaborating with multi-functional specialists to understand topics such as the overall product portfolio, consumer insights & being able to surface key insights into reports
• Analysing sales performance in areas such as customer, product, price & channel mix
• Supporting your remaining 3 sub-team colleagues in Reporting
• Performing adhoc tasks and requests from leadership to drive the business
**Play your part in our team succeeding**
As part of the Corporate Finance team of approximately 50 colleagues and a close-knit Reporting sub-team of 4, you will be focusing on core performance reporting at global level. You will be the right hand to the Senior Finance Manager in the team, where initially you will focus on supporting our Sales performance reporting using primarily consumer sales data (point-of-sale/POS).
With your financial experience, you can efficiently handle large amounts of information. With your forward-thinking approach and positive demeanor, you thrive in networking with people across different functions, business units and cultures.
**Do you have what it takes?**
You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in finance, economics, business or accountancy and have 3+ year's of business finance experience within the finance area of a global company. In addition, you have:
• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience with ERP & Power BI (including SAP BW) would be an advantage
• Strong & clear communications skills
• Speak and write English proficiently
