Job Description As a Workday Planning & Analytics Specialist Sales Executive (Lead), you will be play a critical part within a dynamic field sales organization responsible for the market success for Workday in this space. You will use your extensive sales experience, Planning and Analytics domain expertise, and consultative overlay selling skills to initiate and support sales of Workday Planning and Analytics with existing customers. Role & Responsibilities: · You will be passionate, enthusiastic and a successful planning and analytics sales person who wants to be part of one of the most disruptive cloud companies on the planet! · You will be a key player in Workday’s sub-regional sales organisation to drive Planning & Analytics business sales into existing accounts together with the local sales team · You will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position the value of planning and analytics alongside our Financials and HCM platform · You will implement value-selling processes alongside a wealth of knowledge of Workday’s products and portfolio · You will use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors Experience & Qualifications: · A strong understanding of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, ETL and Enterprise Performance Management including FP&A, Workforce Planning and Enterprise Planning. · Experience of selling to C-level within enterprise accounts as a coach in an overlay team-selling function · Ability to quickly understand business challenges and create solutions · Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners · Prior experience of planning and/or analytics business applications · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · English language proficiency as well as fluency in one or more of the Nordic languages · Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies · Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment · Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data #LI-SM1
