Join us to take the lead in developing a visual merchandising toolbox to increase sales in Bang & Olufsen retail stores globally. As we are setting up a brand new VM department you will be able to help set the direction for visual merchandising at one of the most iconic design brands in Denmark.
Your mission
As our new Global VM Specialist, you will join the VM team in Lyngby. Your primary tasks will be to create Bang & Olufsen VM in-store guidelines for all product categories in alignment with VM manager, global product and marketing teams to build a world-class toolbox and ensure buy-in on market level.

Step into the brand new VM team, where you will gain a small handful of colleagues with many years of VM experience. We are still in the process of defining our priorities, ways of working and our level of ambition is high, but we also want to have fun along the way.
Here, we want to focus on and learn from our success rather than our failures. And success for us is when our campaigns are implemented in time for launch and according to our VM guidelines and when retail stores create an outstanding brand environment, product placement and rotation that create the best possible shopper experience.
What you bring
We expect you to be an all-rounder, mastering both creating the VM guidelines as well as the communication and cross functional work within the VM Department. You can also work cross-functionally on projects within the organization HQ as well as with local teams all over the world and do so with conviction and a flexible can-do attitude. You take ownership of your tasks and always seek improvement – and you focus on meeting deadlines.
