**Student worker to become a part of organizational transformation in IT Infrastructure and Security**
Are you looking for an opportunity to build your knowledge in a global company around IT Infrastructure, IT Security and Organizational transformation? … and would you like to try out your potential in an environment where you can make a great impact – then read further here.
**Who are we?**
In LEGO Business Technology – Infrastructure and Security we are responsible for developing and protecting the IT platform that makes LEGO System a digitally enabled company. On top of this we are in the middle of a very ambitious IT strategy, with a huge impact to our current IT architecture, development, and operations. All in all it creates a unique opportunity to set your mark in the LEGO organization. Working in our area, you will be exposed to 130 professionals with whom you can discuss ideas, solutions and innovate across technologies. We are on an agile journey and you will get first-hand experience with how such a journey works.
Many companies talk about agile, cloud and DevOps and so do we. If you are interested in understanding what is behind those words and how the concepts play out in real organizations with real people, you do not want to miss this opportunity.
You will be paired with our agile coach and assist in finding practical ways of step-by-step changing our attitude towards leadership, value, products, customers, culture, collaboration, and communication.
It is not technical, but the domain is. To succeed, you need to understand both business and technology and have a passion for bridging the two areas.
Perhaps you have a technical bachelor and found higher interest in the surrounding disciplines than the implementation itself. Perhaps you are now supplementing with a master’s in business.
You will join a collaborative environment, where we will do our utmost to help you develop your talent. Here, you will get to solve tasks from day one and quickly grow valuable experience in a supportive learning environment. We hope that you bring the following trades and competences:
- Curious, self-driven and is studying a bachelor or master’s degree at a university or business school
- Can spot and execute opportunities on the narrow path between idealism and realism.
- In the top of your study, and have shown a strong ability to deliver great results
- Curious about Technology, Leadership and Organizations
- Always pushing for improvement, new ways of thinking and awesome ideas
- Fully entrenched in personal learning and development
- Carrying strong and creative communication skills both verbally and written in English
**A workplace of learning**
We want to invest in your long-term development of being the best in your field and offer training in our tools, work methods and digital technologies.
We strive to become better and more knowledgeable every day and therefore learning and development is central in what we do. We fully respect that you are dedicated to your studies. Thus, your working hours will be adapted to your study needs, but we strive to have the student workers onsite in Billund in average 2 days a week.
**Join the global LEGO® Family**
In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment. A student job is about gaining experience and not delivering it from day one. We look very much forward to reading your application. Use the apply button and please remember to attach your cover letter, a copy of your grades and your CV.
