Multinational Client Service Handler (BB-2E314)
Found in: Neuvoo Bulk DK
Do you envision a career within the insurance industry? And in an international company at that? Then here is your chance to take the leap and:
Gain a global network as you will be in contact with clients and colleagues around the world
Have a workday that is never boring because we promise you a steep learning curve
Experience how fast your career can grow as you will quickly get responsibility for your own tasks
“This is a position where you can really develop your skills. It’s learning on the go, and it’ll take time, but you’ll get a great foundation of knowledge to grow in this business.”
Anna Moen Svenungsson, Head of Multinational Nordic
Welcome in our Multinational Nordic Team
We are 17 colleagues based across and covering the Nordics, including Russia. You will be based in Copenhagen and together with the team manage large, multinational policies for corporate clients. As our clients have offices around the world, you will be in daily contact with AIG offices across the globe and also be a member of our global multinational network.
“We’re a very experienced team. And we’ll expect you to want to take responsibility and grow. But of course, we’ll support you along the way. And if you ask for help, you’ll get it – every time,” says Anna.
Handle our incoming policies from our global network
As a key player in the local Danish team, you will execute the delivery and service of global programs issued by AIG Denmark. You will be in constant contact with the network via phone and e-mail and work according to our SLAs and deadlines. Specifically, you will:
Administer and coordinate the incoming multinational accounts
Liaise with brokers and internal and external clients across Denmark and international territories to ensure high quality of service delivery
Communicate to relevant parties (internal and external) and meet service requirements on all allocated accounts
“In this job, you have to accept that you won’t know everything after 6 months. The industry is dynamic so the learning curve will at times challenge you. Personally, I like that no two days are alike. Work never gets dull,” says Anna.
Ready to cultivate your skills within the insurance industry?
This is a position with potential for development – perhaps into a senior role. But it will require you to want to learn while working with colleagues and clients. Thus, you need to have great communication skills but also an administrative flair and a good sense of structure. While being outgoing enough to provide an excellent service, you also have to think in numbers and be able to dive into detail. Moreover, we imagine that you:
Preferably have a university degree or perhaps an education within service or administration
May have experience from the insurance industry, though this is not a prerequisite
Have great Excel skills
Are fluent in English and it is an advantage if you are also fluent in one of the Nordic languages
