Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
NNE is a pharma engineering company. We execute projects ranging from small development equipment projects, revamp of existing production facilities to large-scale pharmaceutical production plants all over the world. Based in Denmark, you will work in a project-oriented climate supporting primarily projects for our customers in Denmark. In Denmark, NNE has offices in Virum and Kalundborg. Typically, you will be working in the same location as your customer(s) and/or project(s). Therefore, it is very important, that you are flexible.
You will join our Procurement & Contract Mgt. dept., consisting of a team of 15 highly skilled Senior Procurement Managers, Procurement Managers, Procurement Controllers and Purchasers. We engage and interact with a variety of stakeholders. Regardless of which of these many stakeholders we face, our ambition is to take a wingman position; providing our stakeholders support in a manner allowing them a feeling of control and support. This requires a proactive mindset, as well as a high level of flexibility.
As a Senior Procurement Manager at NNE ,you will be the overall procurement responsible and point-of-entry within largeand complex projects, or work in close collaboration with other Senior ProcurementManagers having the overall responsibility.
You will be responsible for aligningproject expectations and requirements related to procurement, both internallywith Project Managers and other key stakeholders, as well as externally withour Customers.
You will be responsible for draftingprocurement strategies and plans, and for planning and executing procurementand contract management activities in our projects (supplier selection,tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contract drafting, clarification of legalissues with assistance from legal experts etc.).
Youwill be responsible for setting the direction for procurement and leading otherProcurement Managers, Purchasers and Procurement Controllers within yourproject(s).
Lastly, you will be responsible forpost-contract-award activities until hand-over, such as progress reporting,following up on milestones and payments, drafting and negotiating changeorders, handling commercial aspects of claims, etc.
