WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to: Close deals by applying the Sales Process: Suspects (a company that can become a potential or prospective customer) must be evaluated. They come in from Marketing Communications, as well as from those the Account Manager might identify on his/her own; Once a Suspect is evaluated, or qualified, they must either be registered as a prospect in the CRM-system, if they have relevant potential for Eldon, or be dismissed; Once a prospect or existing customer is in the market to buy, an 'Opportunity' should be created in the Sales Funnel; Customers should be motivated to stay loyal. Manage portfolio: Manage his/her portfolio meaning that prospects and customers are properly segmented (Type of Buyer, Customer Group and Vertical) so that Marketing Communications can provide relevant communications materials; Manage potential by declaring enclosure expenditure and actual buying. Sales development: Ensure productivity and effectiveness by spending sufficient time with relevant prospects and customers; Liaise with internal resources, but channel as much as possible through Customer Service; Understand the relationships between end-users and system integrators and close deals where possible, or identify opportunities to get Eldon specified. Shared responsibilities: Ensure to share improvement opportunities when it comes to the product portfolio, sales tools, etc. with the Sales Manager. The Account Manager should refrain from development activities to ensure his/her time is spent on the above responsibilities.
YOU HAVE: Academic background in Business administration – Trade economist – or related B2B Sales education / sales experience Previous experience in or with EL Automation, External sales, Knowledge in Machine builder and Panel builder market Skills Proactive, Leadership, Integrity Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands: Preferable home address in reasonable distance from Sales office
