Genmab is growing and to support the growth we are looking for an additional Receptionist to join the team in Copenhagen.
The Receptionist forms part of the Copenhagen Reception Team and supports all activities relating to the provision of the reception services and related administrative services.
You will join a smaller team and place of work can be any of the Genmab DK office locations in the Copenhagen area.
The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Responsible for the reception service and activities administrated by reception in a timely manner both externally and internally.
Tasks include phone transfer, greeting and registration of guests, administration of meeting rooms and courier services.
Other administrative services from the reception should be handled on a day to day basis.
Organizing and supporting activities such as setting up coffee and other refreshments for meetings, events, celebrations and larger get-togethers.
Other related services and duties as may be assigned to him/her from time to time by his/her supervisor.
We expect you have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and +6 years of experience, ideally from a pharma or biotech company
Excellent knowledge and understanding of reception services
Good knowledge and understanding of general administrative tasks
Strong communication skills - both oral and written - in Danish and English.
