The Transport vertical of Rainmaking is on a growth path, and we need someone to support that growth through marketing activities. You are joining a dynamic team of self-starters that are based in two main offices: Copenhagen and Singapore. Current activities of the team include: A corporate-startup engagement program, VC fund, and corporate innovation activities. You will be responsible for overall growth marketing activities, from planning to execution.
Role Description Design and execute lead generation campaigns through testing, learning, iterating and optimization of experiments. Design and experiment with content creation and distribution through Social Media, newsletter, PR, etc. Work with cross-functional team of Sales, Product, Engagement managers to identify growth opportunities, understand user personas and messaging Develop a strong data-driven approach to unlock growth opportunities Develop a seamless approach to using HubSpot across the team to integrate all our marketing efforts Work with the team across multiple geographies and time zones and be able to clearly communicate marketing goals and objectives
Ideal Candidate 2+ combined years in a growth or product marketing management and analytics in B2B space Experience in designing lead generation processes Keen understanding of the B2B marketing space and decision-making in large corporates, able to craft campaigns targeting this audience Familiar with using HubSpot for B2B marketing Understands or has experience working in the shipping industry Self-starter who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced, international start-up environment. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English Distinct ability to lead and align a cross-functioning team working towards a common objective
