The Transport vertical of Rainmaking is on a growth path, and we need someone to support that growth through marketing activities. You are joining a dynamic team of self-starters that are based in two main offices: Copenhagen and Singapore. Current activities of the team include: A corporate-startup engagement program, VC fund, and corporate innovation activities. You will be responsible for overall growth marketing activities, from planning to execution.

Role Description

  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns through testing, learning, iterating and optimization of experiments.
  • Design and experiment with content creation and distribution through Social Media, newsletter, PR, etc.
  • Work with cross-functional team of Sales, Product, Engagement managers to identify growth opportunities, understand user personas and messaging
  • Develop a strong data-driven approach to unlock growth opportunities
  • Develop a seamless approach to using HubSpot across the team to integrate all our marketing efforts
  • Work with the team across multiple geographies and time zones and be able to clearly communicate marketing goals and objectives
  • Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ combined years in a growth or product marketing management and analytics in B2B space
  • Experience in designing lead generation processes
  • Keen understanding of the B2B marketing space and decision-making in large corporates, able to craft campaigns targeting this audience
  • Familiar with using HubSpot for B2B marketing
  • Understands or has experience working in the shipping industry
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced, international start-up environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
  • Distinct ability to lead and align a cross-functioning team working towards a common objective
