Join us as a **Account Manager** on our **Public** **Inside Sales** team in **Copenhagen** to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. You will team up with an Executive Account Manager to work on both retention and acquisition customers. Are you the one we are looking for?



**What you’ll achieve**

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling Dell’s products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support the field sales leader while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.



**You will:**



+ As well as building business with existing customers, the scope of the role will also include developing relationships with new clients.

+ Achieve targets by selling Dell Technologies range of solutions using outbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniques to create results for Dell Technologies, our partners and our customers

+ Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders

+ Answer inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers, as well as making administrative work.

+ Work closely with outside sales representatives and partners to acquire new opportunities

**Essential Requirements**



+ High school diploma or equivalent, or a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

+ Good understanding of computer technology

+ Results-oriented team player

+ Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills

+ Fluency in Danish and English **Desirable Requirements** • Experience of working towards Public sector and framework
