Regional Demand & Business Analyst to Chr. Hansen Natural Colors

The team for you to join
Representing the voice and need of the customer navigating between the regional sales leadership team and the operational planning function is a strategic priority for Chr. Hansen Natural Colors. We are therefore looking for a talented Business Analyst, who will own and drive the demand planning and business analytics across the Eastern European sales region. This full-time position is based in Hørsholm/Avedøre, Denmark and is a member of the Eastern European Sales Leadership team in Natural Colors and reports to the head of region. You will join a very collaborative and tight knit team, consisting of 20 skillful and enthusiastic colleagues with diverse backgrounds located in Europe, Russia, Turkey and Africa. As a team, we lean on each other for sparring and knowledge sharing in order to deliver the best possible customer experience.
What would your role look like?
In this role, you will be in the “front line” and act as the “glue” between the regional sales activities and operational responses to ultimately give an enhanced experience to our valued customers. You will achieve this by working cross functionally with touchpoints globally representing the full voice of the regional sales team. Your main responsibility is to support, define and drive demand planning and business analytic activities and improvements across the Eastern European sales region in Chr. Hansen Natural Colors.
Your daily task includes:
Customer-centric Regional Demand & Business analyst with excellent analytical skills
The ideal candidate holds a BSc/MSc degree within Business, Finance or Supply Chain with a minimum 2-5 years of experience within business analytics, logistics and/or customer support, allowing you to understand how to translate customer needs in a fast paced sales environment into perfect supply and delivery performance. It is an advantage if you have experience from the food industry and are a skilled SAP and/or Salesforce user, but it is not a requirement. As you will have a key interacting role in an international team, it is essential that you have great communication skills, broad cultural understanding and a curious mindset to always improve and challenge the status quo.
You can expect 10-30 days travel per year.
