To lead the Nordic direct to business (D2B) execution, as well as activations for the Health Systems B2B business. You are expected to identify digital opportunities and apply best practice to drive digital marketing strategy and planning, work with marketing, oversee the deployment of digital marketing programs, provide hands-on project management where needed and drive the usage of digital marketing within healthcare with the available tools and capabilities.

The digital marketing manager is the bridge between the market and the digital organization and will be a front-runner of digital innovation within your specific remit: Lead Direct 2 Business execution with the D2B platform transformation and launch for Health Systems Nordic Oversee activations for the B2B business with overall customer engagement in the Nordic market. Seamlessly integrate and leverage digital activation and drive digital sales channels across the E2E Customer Decision Journey and stepping up the customer experience across demand generation, sales and post sales, supply chain and customer service using CRM, Store/Portals, Electronic Data Interfaces (EDI). Manage the Philips Store and Portals, drive lead management to optimize the daily sales and realize the budgets, planning and targets and converting shop visits to sales, tracking and optimizing sales and budgets. Actively collaborate with the Business Marketing Managers and the Nordic Health Systems leadership team to deliver upon the D2B ambition. Align & facilitate a coordinated WoW across Nordic. Execute the digital demand generation and drive sales performance of the D2B in alignment with the marketing plan to ensure timely funnel and opportunity conversion towards Philips Stores and Portals. Increase traffic to Philips Store and Portals from internal and external sources while optimizing ROI on ad spend. Optimize in-store content optimizing in relation to service, product and campaign level. Manage stock levels with guided phasing of products and campaign forecasting for online store. Look for new business development opportunities within direct online space to constantly grow business in optimal manner. In collaboration with Insights & Analytics team, analyze data and proposals for improvement of the customer decision journey, conversion and basket value. Support onboarding and training of customers across Nordic providing high-quality toolkits for trainings. Act as the link between the Market and the European D2B team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Minimum of 3-5 years of digital experience, specifically strategic web site management, project management, analytics and digital marketing. Preferably, a University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Information Technology with a proper understanding of Marketing. Agency and consultancy, or in-house digital marketing team background is highly desired. Digital experience within a Healthcare / B2B environment is a plus. Solid knowledge of internet technologies including those involving content management, web analytics, search engine marketing, email marketing, web site usability, etc Salesforce experience and other marketing automation platforms is a plus Strong collaboration skills and the ability to effectively influence others in multiple groups to achieve specific goals. Comfortable and able to thrive with ambiguity while managing critical stakeholders through matrix organization. Must be structured, organized, proactive and able to work independently with little day-to-day direction Familiarity with large, multi-national organizations a plus, good communication and organizational skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships across a geographically diverse Marketing organization. Must be an imaginative, enthusiastic marketer with a commitment to delivering measurable results and a proven ability to manage projects to successful completion.
