Are you an enthusiastic and motivated IT professional who is ready to join a successful international team with entrepreneurial and diverse colleagues? For our business in Denmark, we are currently looking for an IT Local Infrastructure Coordinator to ensure operational excellence of the Office and Production environments in Boehringer Ingelheim Denmark.

As a member of the IT Regional Infrastructure Service team, you will be end to end accountable for all Infrastructure Processes and Services in the 2 sites in Denmark. You will be responsible to ensure appropriate implementation and operation of all Local Infrastructure Services in the defined country according to the Global INF Roadmap.

You will work from our office in Copenhagen while reporting directly to the Head of RIM MIDI.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Execute resolution of incidents and requests in the role of second line of IT support – hardware issues, PC replacements, office equipment (IMAC/R).
  • Contribute to the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of IT Processes
  • Understand and promote all INF Solutions and Services, as well as to observe how the business is working and identify needs/pain points to be improved
  • Act as the Infrastructure Business Partner for the local business and end user community
  • Locally execute INF related projects and rollouts
  • Ensure appropriate change management and end user adoption of global and local INF initiatives
  • Responsible for compliance of IT processes and services within the respective country with local legislation, regulations and internal operating procedures.
  • Understand how the INF Services are used by the business and promote the best usage / adoption of all INF solutions, Services and Roadmaps, following an end user centric approach.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalations as well as coordinator of external services providers executing IT related services to the respective countries – IMAC/R, MPS, Global Service Desk.

    • What you should bring to the team:

  • You have a User Centric mindset, outgoing personality and can easily interact with Business Users
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience ideally as an IT Coordinator within IT
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of Service Management and the benefits it brings to an IT organization
  • T eamplayer who builds trust and communicates in a transparent and honest way
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Creative, curious and strong networker with experience in working in diverse and cross-functional environment
  • Experience in implementing technologies in a global IT environnement
  • Lastly, you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or similar.
