This is a key position within the Commercial Excellence & Strategy department of Sandoz Nordics, working closely with all Business Units to design and implement standard SFE deliverables, including segmentation & targeting, account planning, incentive calculation, market data reporting, and CRM system management. This position also liaises with Western Europe Regional colleagues on Commercial Excellence initiatives and with other Novartis colleagues on cross-divisional initiatives.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

•Segmentation & Targeting, Account Planning and all other needed support for engagement of the key customers for our business units across the Nordics
•Regular evaluation of sales force performance and consultation with Sales Managers and Business Unit Heads on how to improvement performance
•Adoption of all relevant regionally developed SFE tools to optimize sales activities and effectiveness
•Definition and implementation of clear and usable KPIs dashboard at national/FLM representative level and monitoring
•Project management of specific initiatives and ad-hoc analysis in the Sales Force Effectiveness domain.
•As a key business and sparring partner and as a subject matter expert, this individual will also be responsible for helping the business define and deliver solutions and shape the future Sandoz customer engagement journey
•Be part of new CRM system roll-out and implementation, including all new feature additions, bug reporting and leading the collaboration with the Regional CRM team
•Owner of Sandoz Nordics CRM system including close collaboration with the business units and teams to develop the system according to the needs of the users and the business.
•Training for customer facing colleagues at sales conferences and new joiners

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 3-5 years experience in similar position in a Nordic role within a pharmaceutical company
• English is a must, one of the Scandinavian languages on the native level preferred
• Good knowledge and experience with creating and maintaining Segmentation &Targeting models, Account Plans, Incentive Planning in Excel.
• Experience from working with multi-channel engagement models considered a plus
• Strong familiarity with SFE tools (Qlik Sense and CRM (preferably Salesforce)) and good experience supporting non-technical people with those tools
• Experience in leading remote IT and Analyst teams
