Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Group Marketing Technology Manager to join our growing and successful Group Marketing team. The role will report to the Group Customer Marketing Director and will work closely with the central IT organisation, the Country Marketing Directors, as well as delivery teams provided by suppliers. The role will be supported by 2 direct reports (with a view to grow the team).
This opportunity is all about program management of the global roll out of our Customer Experience processes and technology, defining the ways of working, a fast implementation schedule and the business enablement from leadership to frontline. The role will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows. The location of the role is flexible and can be based in our group HQ in Geneva or one of our European head offices. The role will typically involve frequent travel to our European markets.

The Group Customer Marketing Team is focused on delivering a harmonised approach to customer satisfaction across the Group. Reporting to the Group Customer Marketing Director, you?ll play an integral role in transforming technical capabilities to serve and grow our customer base. The Group Marketing function has a unique and exciting new opportunity to accelerate the enablement of new marketing technologies, developing strategic partnerships with world renowned tech brands in order to deliver our priorities faster.
As the Group Marketing Technology Manager you will;
? Drive strategic change through marketing technology implementations, supporting business owners and in-country project sponsors to mobilise and oversee multi-market programmes that will transform our approach to customer marketing.
? Ensure the strategic vision is represented when designing outcomes with some of the worlds leading software brands such as Pega and Medallia.
? Support the business in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement, leveraging the capability of the technology and a good understanding of Verisure IT ways of working.
? Be a strong communicator and a key link between business teams, suppliers, and Verisure IT to ensure smooth delivery against requirements and design.
? You will be the subject matter expert on how to run projects effectively, to time and to budget.
? Bridge the gap between projects and BAU by ensuring subject matter experts are involved in design
? Support the strategic direction and design of blueprints for future global roll outs of customer marketing technologies

Experiences and Qualifications
We see this role as critical for the achievement of Verisure?s growth and organizational transformation goals.
As result we are looking for a high potential / top performer individual who will combine CRM implementation experience with experience from customer marketing technology projects interacting between IT and Marketing.
? At least 10 years of successful professional experience
? Ideally 2-3 years of consulting or technology implementation experience either on Pega and Medallia or other customer marketing technology projects
? Good understanding and experience with or within a marketing role or team
? Good knowledge of agile methodology
? End to project experience in client service deliver or consulting preferred.
? Fluent English ? Another European language is a plus
? International experience and capability to work across boundaries and multicultural environments
Ability to understand:
o Commercial levers that drive a high functioning subscriber business: you?ll know your NPS from your ARPU
o Business process and business requirements and translating them to requirements such as BRD/Functional spec/User stories
o Business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs
o Interface /integration technologies and customers? needs so they can be translated into requirements
? Strong communication, problem-solving, and motivational skills
? Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, with senior stakeholders across diverse cultures
