In Command Bridge our responsibility is being the Nordic one-point-of entry for all customers internal and external to Nets, but our responsibility is expanding and the future will be a European setup covering the entire Nets Group. Our team is responsible for monitoring, incident management, and customer information management. We are responsible for an aligned and structured communication internally as well as externally towards our customers. Command Bridge are working around the clock 24/7/365.
Your key responsibilities are being accountable for all IT incidents, ensuring end-to-end ownership throughout the lifecycle of an incident, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating and driving task forces and post incident reviews, working 24/7/365 – 4 shift rotation on average 32,5 hours per week.
