As our new Senior Hardware Engineer, you will join our Hardware Team in Lyngby or Struer.
The role is very hands-on, where you will participate in the product development processes from the early workshops to, concepts, schematics, PCB layout, hardware validation, product certification and production support. On the technology side, you will track and investigate several technologies including Bluetooth, embedded platforms, and audio devices. Furthermore, you will work closely with the internal stakeholders such as Software, Product Management, and UX teams to ensure sound collaboration and alignment across product elements. Externally, you will work with world-leading development, manufacturing, and key component partners and use your stakeholder management skills to ensure fruitful partnerships.

You will join our passionate, highly skilled, and well-established hardware team where you will be involved in the hardware development of headsets, advanced wireless speakers, and TV-related products.
The Hardware team is responsible for the development and testing of the hardware architecture across all Bang & Olufsen products in collaboration with our development and manufacturing partners. We have a very innovative and informal start-up culture based on the values; honesty, keep-it-simple, and quality-is-better-than-quantity.
What you bring
We imagine you have a BSc Engineering degree or MSc Engineering degree within electronics. We expect you to have 5-8 years of relevant professional experience from a similar role. We expect that you are experienced in high-speed digital design, Embedded ARM designs, Low power portable battery design, and EMC correct design. It is a great plus for this position, if you come with experience in hardware design, preferably relating to Audio products and a good understanding of embedded software design.
