Based in our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, you will join Office Strategy & Business Management. We are a small team of three people: two business managers and one director, from a diverse pool of business backgrounds – and we are experienced, ambitious and dedicated to being part of an innovative brand that leads major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions.
Find and drive growth opportunities through deep market analysis
As our new commercial business analyst, you will dive deep into data and analysis across our products for the office segment. With your solid analyses, you will have a close cooperation with especially our sales units but also other key functions to find optimization possibilities hidden in the data.
We expect you to understand how a sales organization works and be able to support them driving growth through proactive analyses by taking initiative to approach our data in new ways.
Specifically, you will:
Own the market model for our Office segment and develop it in close collaboration with our Marketing Insights department
Deliver extensive market, channel, competitor, ecosystem and product analysis from external and internal data sources
Support scoping of new market studies
Turn data into actionable insights and execution programs in close collaboration with especially sales regions
Support strategy implementation for Office segment incl. best practice sharing
Spend your time roughly split 60/40 between conducting analyses and turning analyses into action and execution programs

Business analyst with excellent stakeholder management skills
To succeed in this role, it is essential that you possess excellent people and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with many stakeholders across the organization and achieve great results.
What is more, you have a strong passion for technology and consumer electronics, and you have solid experience within data analysis and commercial execution. Others know you as someone who is well informed and ambitious about their career growth and personal development and with a proven track record of getting things done.
We also expect you to have:
3+ years’ experience from market insights, business development, business management or commercial excellence or +2 years in management consulting
A bachelor’s or master’s degree with top 10% results in e.g. business, economics, statistics, marketing or sales
Proven experience with market research, sizing and modelling
Solid commercial understanding across sales and marketing
Experience from preferably FMCG, consumer electronics or similar as well as with two-tier distribution models
Strong competencies in Excel and PowerPoint (potentially also CRM)
