Position Description:
• Lead and manage current Customer Service & Engagement Teams (DK, GE, FR, IT, SP)
• Provide effective sales and customer support across EMEA
• Establish new structure and develop an effective execution model as you develop in the role
• Establish Inside Selling culture & structure that provides value and create new revenue streams
• Drive active Sales Lead follow up and being part of the lead qualification process
• Lead digital transformation and drive customer engagement through digital platforms
• Develop Customer Engagement culture and drive continues improvement and efficiencies
• Develop clear governance and management structures
• Drive customer/partner satisfaction with timely order handling and communication
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Service Leadership to develop and execute effective strategies and tactics
• Prepare and oversee department budget on a quarterly and annual basis
• Measure and report performance and provide KPI insight to management
• Participate and contribute actively to monthly and quarterly business reviews

Position Requirements:
Your Qualifications
• Strong leadership skills and experienced manager
• Proven experience in customer facing environments and managing customer service and/or inside selling departments
• Ability to lead others and to ensure everyone understands the objectives and their roles in achieving the objectives on time
• Excellent project management, organization, documentation, and prioritization skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is critical.
• Effective communication skills cross-functionally with different department stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, date-driven and can assess situations quickly and make sound decisions with incomplete information
• Experienced in collaborating remotely and with remote leadership
• English proficiency required. Other languages (German&French) considered as a benefit.
• Knowledge of working with ERP systems & CRM is required.

Your Education and experience
• +5 years of international leadership experience and managing in an international context
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business or related field required
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with a manufacturing or B2B company
• Experience from working in sales/service leadership positions is preferred
