Mobility Specialist, GN (BB-42A6A)

Found in: Neuvoo DK

Description:

Would you like to support an increasingly agile organization with a distinct global outlook and make a difference for both current and future employees transferring to and from Denmark?

And are you motivated by shaping your own role as a mobility specialist in a company on an amazing growth journey?

We are busy at GN! This means that we have an increasing number of employees coming to and from Denmark – we would love for you to come join us and play a big role in making their transfer as smooth as possible.

Join the HR team in GN where we make life sound better

GN is the leader in intelligent audio solutions, transforming lives through the power of sound. You will be joining our HR Operations team consisting of 6 dedicated, good-humored and experienced HR professionals, working in different areas of HR to support all of GN in Denmark.

We are very attentive towards our stakeholders, and we work with the entire employee journey and have touch points across the entire company, ranging from senior management and our local departments to our leaders and other employees.

Be the internal link for employees moving between countries

As our new mobility specialist, you will be the key to making the move for our employees coming to – and leaving – Denmark smooth. This includes managing the overall arrangements as well as the small details, ranging from coordination with external vendors about e.g. taxation considerations or housing to health care, immigration procedures and insurance.

Besides having direct and ongoing contact with the employees “on the move”, you will act as a consultant to both HR and our various departments when we consider transferring opportunities for employees. As this is a newly established position, you will have direct influence on the ways we work. Specifically, you will:

  • Be the operational anchor point of mobility in Group HR
  • Provide global policy consulting and guidance to HR business partners, leaders and employees
  • Proactively manage mobility cases – including consultations, vendor coordination, cost estimations and data management
  • Partner with selected service providers to improve service levels; hence understanding the link to policy design and adjacent areas, e.g. relocation, tax and immigration
  • Provide subject matter expertise and ensure company compliance with appropriate governmental regulations/guidelines
  • “With your ongoing contact across the company, you’ll quickly get an amazing network internally in GN. We’re a company in rapid growth, and it's a fun journey where you’ll have plenty of impact and get to make your mark on our business,” says Head of HR Operations Mads Jelbert Mikkelsen.

Solid mobility experience and great people skills

With your solid understanding of mobility in an international context, you are not afraid to challenge existing procedures and processes. You have a cross-functional mindset, and you navigate with ease across our organization, interacting with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

You are structured and detail-oriented with an analytical and can-do approach. You have well-developed interpersonal skills and are outgoing with a sense of humor. You are pragmatic but able to stand your ground in a collaborative manner, always seeking the solution that is best for GN.

Moreover, we imagine that you have:

  • A relevant educational degree within e.g. HR, tax or the like
  • 3+ years of experience working with mobility in an international company
  • Basic experience within taxation of employees
  • Experience with and understanding of cross-border taxation/social security/pension set-ups
  • Experience within short- and long-term expatriation/inpatriation
  • Experience acting as a trusted advisor to the business
  • Would you like to know more?

To apply, use the ‘APPLY’ link no later than 15 March 2021. Applications are assessed on a continuous basis, which is why we encourage you to send your application as soon as possible.

If you want to know more about the position, you are welcome to contact Head of HR Operations Mads Jelbert Mikkelsen on +45 27 88 96 61.
