OneHealth is a newly established Strategic Opportunity Area within Novozymes working as a corporate venture with a start-up mindset. We are a high-energy team with diverse backgrounds on a mission to develop solutions within gut and oral health aimed at the consumer care space. We focus on probiotic- and enzyme-based solutions and drive development based on strong scientific hypotheses and identified consumer demand.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
  • Defining which and where our products will be generating value by developing and driving market gap analysis/dynamics, customer and consumer profiling of the oral health category
  • Showing value of our product by category segmentation, value chain insights, channel valuation, customer profiling, and pricing structure
  • Exciting customers by showing our product unique functionality and consumer positioning through product benchmarking, market claim substantiation e.g. technical and clinical data positioning and potential retail pricing
  • Daring to lead the establishment of new products within a large company getting buy-in and support across functions – R&D, IP, supply operations, quality, regulatory, and sales & marketing – to ensure success

  • To succeed you must hold:
  • An entrepreneurial spirit! In our world that means thrive without fixed work processes already in place, the ability to hit the ground running and fun while doing so, be open to give and receive feedback and the willingness to do what is required to make things move forward
  • Proven track record of strong project execution with a passion for delivering impact and tangible business results
  • > 10 years commercial experience (business development / sales / marketing / innovation) from a global B2B or B2C business within a human health related industry or experience from working with this industry as a consultant
  • Master’s degree within business with a flair for science or Master’s degree within biological / medical sciences combined with an MBA and/or relevant commercial experience
  • Excellent oral and written English skills

  • Location : The job is based in Kgs. Lyngby reporting to the Head of Oral health venture and requires up to 20% travel days per year.
