Key Qualifications Proven facilities experience with an emphasis on business services or equivalent office management experience within a large organization. Strong project management skills, including coordination between internal Apple groups, vendor and contractor partners and Data Center teams. Financial reporting, forecasting, tracking, purchase order management and analytic reporting experience is preferred. Experience with contract management, payables/receivables and budgeting required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong, creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate with peers at other sites as well as internal groups. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work under demanding timelines. Ability to work independently while completing team goals. Must be able to drive cross functional projects and improve solutions. Ability to lead, manage, and inspire change across multiple teams. Experience in a Data Center or other industrial operations environment is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office software. Must also have the ability to learn new computer applications as necessary. Fluency in English and Danish is essential.
