This role is heading up the Gaming and Sportsbook product from a commercial perspective with responsibility for Product, CRM and VIP stakeholders. You willoversee the full end to end customer journey for Casino, Poker, Sportsbook and Bingo whilst owning the budgetsand driving customer lifetime value through strong communications and execution of campaigns. The goal: to deliverthe best possible product offering.
A flavour of what you'll be doing
Manage, lead and inspire an effective CRM and Product team
Product Responsible for the Games of Chance (Casino, Live Casino, Bingo), Poker, and Sportsbook strategy, to maximize activity, drive turnover, improve margins and the development of activity across customer segments. Coordinate Productdevelopment and liaise with Product Managers, internal PO, central gaming, and Sportsbook provider, to ensure to provide a high quality of product vs market. Maintain, in collaboration with Product Managers and Central Gaming/Sportsbook stakeholders, a continuous relationship with sportsbook and gaming suppliers, including 3rd party platforms, for new games availability (including evaluation for potential exclusivity), new available in-game features, new providers availability (From aggregator’s platforms) Gaming activity–check for Bonus Abuse analysis/prevention Monitor and analyse daily/weekly/monthly results: analysing activity, where we lost/made revenue, identify and action underlying issues Game analysis: Including new released games performance, games performance per game group (Live Games, Table Games, Video Slots, Video Poker), Poker, Sportsbook and channel (Desktop/Mobile)
CRM Drive test-and-learn across customer touchpoints to increase ROI and innovation by building a strategic plan to maintain and improve data quality Take ownership of the Quarterly Campaign plan, end to end communications and campaign planning, from conceptualisation and briefing & resource allocation to analysis, reporting and optimisation. Lead the periodical post-campaign KPI analyses, inform the business and shape future strategies Manage conversions throughout the customer journey and implement tactics to improve them Manage the bonus spend budget and ensure campaigns are helping to achieve the overall targets Championing the successful achievement of CRM KPIs as established by the Company Ensure all communications are done with a test and learn approach, constantly evaluate initiatives taken, to test, learn and optimize to improve Manage the bonus spend budget and ensure campaigns are helping to achieve the overall targets Staying up to date with current CRM trends, best practices, items of interest and ensuring that these are continually shared with the CRM team
You're good at Deep understanding of Casino and Sportsbook with a proven track record of delivering commercial success Strong product experience, well -versed in dealing with Product Owners to drive maximum customer value First class experience of CRM and how to deliver the best ROI from campaigns Strong Leader who can inspire success from their team Minimum 5 years’ experience within a similar role within i-Gaming
