**Position Overview**



The Named Account Sales Executive - Digital Manufacturing, is a key sales role focused on EMEA Named Accounts to maximise business outcomes using Autodesk’s Digital Manufacturing solutions. This role requires strong engagement with the Autodesk Named Accounts team, to provide direction, ensuring Digital Manufacturing offerings are an integral part of the overall account strategy for these identified accounts. The Sales Executive is responsible for growing the business relationship around Autodesk solutions to meet/exceed financial and business objectives.



**Responsibilities:**



**Driving Business Results**



+ Meeting/exceeding annual targets (Revenue, Bookings, Billings, etc.), maximising individual sales opportunities.

+ Creating effective proposals that link our Manufacturing solutions to the customer's business.

+ Leveraging our pricing, packaging and business models to maximise returns and unique business value.

+ Effectively negotiates customer agreements



**Developing Accounts**



+ Developing important and effective relationships within the account including Key Executives

+ Translates customer challenges and opportunities into unique business value, ensures the Autodesk team delivers Business Value to the Account(s)

+ Building effective Account Business plans and executing upon the plan

+ Building, maintaining and growing opportunity pipeline within Account(s), using sound call planning to drive business results and makes continuous improvement in moving Autodesk from vendor to trusted advisor



**Executing Strong Business Practices**



+ Providing timely, accurate and detailed forecasts

+ Effectively leveraging chosen sales processes, tools and methodologies

+ Providing effective internal information as requested

+ Constructing internal/external presentations in an effective and professional manner



**Leading the Extended Sales Team**



+ Coordinating, influencing and orchestrating all the appropriate resources for Account and/or Opportunity development

+ Building and influencing a global / virtual team (sales, support and consulting)

+ Developing strong working relations across GEOs and functions (finance, operations etc)



**Contributing to the Broader Autodesk Team**



+ Contributing to Autodesk outside of Accounts, for example bringing new ideas into the business and developing sales tools or new approaches



**Minimum Qualifications**



+ Enterprise Technology Software/consulting or services sales experience, preferably within the Manufacturing industry

+ Proven track record of consistent quota attainment with on premise, SaaS or a hybrid model

+ Proven executive selling and relationship experience

+ Strong team selling and leadership skills

+ Experience with direct and indirect selling channels

+ Passion for disruptive technology

+ Highly driven, determined, and business-oriented
