**Senior Sales Representative Digital Health Solutions Abbott Diabetes Care**

You are responsible for securing that the Abbott Diabetes Care product portfolio and Digital platform is the preferred standard of care for all insulin treated patients in the Primary Care health sector. You will also be a key member of the Danish sales team.

In the Danish sales team, we are responsible for ensuring that annual country sales targets are reached, and company overall strategies are executed through aligned action plans. Your role will be to advocate the digital solutions nationally and drive the expanded use of products in the Primary Care health sector in close collaboration with your team members.


+ Stay continuously updated on sales numbers, patient uptake and KOLs in order to maximize sales output and cost effectiveness.

+ Responsible for planning and execution of high-quality sales calls and ensure that all are in line with marketing plan as well as Abbott policies and procedures.

+ Establish and develop a trusted adviser relationship and network within all IT departments at DK health trusts and key accounts in Primary care.

+ Advocate the digital solutions to hospitals, specialty clinics and GP offices including MD's, IT-staff, nurses and laboratory staff, Insurance Companies or E-Health Providers and Partners.

+ Support local Sales team with access to be able to perform software-related installation and configuration processes for the ADC software solutions. And if needed Technical support.

+ Deliver structured software application product training internal and external if required.

+ Have a positive and solution-oriented mindset to drive engagement and team development.

+ Communicate transparently and clearly to colleagues and sales manager to ensure accountability and ownership.

+ Challenges assumptions and traditional way of doing things.

+ Keep an updated stakeholder plan and strategically plan to maximize outcome of travel and sales calls.

+ Targeting, segmentation, call frequency and coverage according to agreed target.

+ Responsible for planning and organizing of educational meetings with customers from own districts.

+ Ensure customer satisfaction through any contacts to support our aim for being the preferred partner

+ Completes all administrative tasks accurately and on time (Sales Force Excellence (SFE) synchronization daily, expense reports, checks e-mails on a daily basis.

**Background and Experience**

+ Preferably Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (for example, Business school) within Medical, Marketing, Business Administration or equal.

+ Preferable 3+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing is required.

+ Experience and proven success in Life Science business or equivalent is highly valued including Project Management Experience.

+ Documented experience in contract/tender negotiation is appreciated.

+ Field based experience with extensive travelling is of importance.

+ Fluent in Danish and English.
